Meet the Lady

Nicole is an East Coast native. She holds a degree in Business Management, MBA. 

She is the mother of two amazing sons, two bonus daughters and a wife to a wonderful husband, Rev. Kam Howard.
Nicole currently works full time for a global wide firm as a Project Legal Specialist /Executive Assistant. Nicole is a former First Lady of a historical church, where she assisted in administrative details for church initiatives, outreach activities, as well as participate and plan women’s ministry events.   She is a member of NCNW (National Council of Negro Women) and BGV (Black Girls Vote).  She enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts and Broadway plays, traveling, listening to music and her new interest, yoga. In addition to becoming a first time author, she has recently launched this website, Respect My Royalty, where her passion to empower and equip ladies to reach their full divine potential continues, as she motivates women to be everything that God has designed them to be. 

Most recently Lady Nicole and the Respect My Royalty Team have completed a year long book tour, and produced Chosen: The Stage Play, were she and her husband led a team on a 2 year multi state tour, with 7 shows-resulting in 5 sold out shows. The film version of the Stage Play debuted at the Kennedy Center and AMC Theaters to sold out crowds.

She and her husband showcase YouTube highlights of her Queen Up! video podcast. Queen Up! videos are also featured on iHeart Radio and Respect My Royalty Streaming TV.
